Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order. Products must be unused, unopened, properly sealed and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Returns, refunds or exchanges may be accepted if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product arrived damaged, opened or expired.
- Items are missing from the order.
- The product materially differs from its description.
Opened or consumed food, change-of-mind purchases, clearance items and products damaged through improper storage are not returnable. A customer’s personal dislike of a product’s flavour or texture is not considered a defect.
To submit a request, email yt_gsupply@outlook.com with your order number, explanation, photographs and an unboxing video where available. Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method within approximately 7–14 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not been processed, packed or dispatched. Please email us immediately with your order number. Once processing or delivery has started, cancellation is no longer available.
